The EII-SAP PhD Research Visit Program is designed to support highly skilled, innovative, and motivated PhD students who demonstrate the potential to become future research leaders in the areas of:

Objectives
• To foster real and mutually beneficial research collaboration between outstanding PhD students and SAP. You will be working in a team of world-class researchers where interaction will be intensive and rewarding.
• To greatly expand and strengthen the research scope and experience for PhD students beyond the familiar university domain. The research visit will provide a unique opportunity to gain valuable industry experience during your study.
• To recognize PhD students who demonstrate exceptional academic standing, progress and achievement.
• To broaden the student’s international research contacts. The EII-SAP Research Visit Program is a unique opportunity to build contacts in the industry as a stepping stone for a future career.
Award Provisions
• Three EII-SAP PhD Research Visit Awards will be available in 2008-09
• Return economy airfare to Brisbane if applicable
• A tax free accommodation and subsistence allowance of AUD1600 per month
• PhD visitors will conduct their research under the guidance of a SAP Research CEC Brisbane mentor and research group
